Although Eufrasia's name is not found in many
exhibition catalogues, her work, both in pastels, oils and ink drawing,
ave well-represented in many valuable collections in Italy and abroad.
She began drawing at an early age, and in 1977 went on studying to at
the Istitute of Art in Fermo, in the furnishing department.
She later attended the Art School at the Academy of Perugia, in the
Decorative Arts Department, and subsequently joined the Pictorial
Design Department in the accademy of Macerata.
Marchigiana, rich of emotional experiences matured in years of
frequentation, cultural entourage, especially in foreign countries; she
has chosen to work in the province.
Possessing a versatile temperament, she moved easily from applied arts
to furnishings, to jewellery, and to the planning of the latest Fashion
Collections Eufrasia Cordone has also published poems and tales of
country customs in foreign languages.
Also escaping the cataloganization of official extensions, she is
present with her works in precious European collection.
